OIL ROCKS – CITY ABOVE THE SEA, a THIN LINE documentary about the world’s oldest, biggest and most chaotic oil platform (Caspian Sea), screens at Anthology Film Archives in New York on March 25 as well as at the Tilburg Architecture Film Festival in the Netherlands on April 13.
